Step 1: Launch your Changi Go App and login into your account.
Step 2: Click on the "Mobile" icon, you should see your mobile plan dashboard.
Step 3: On the top right, click the "drop-down menu" icon and select "My Account".
Step 4: Click on "Wallet" and you should be able to see the credit (Only if you're eligible for the promo).
