Is there an expiry for stored credits?
No. There is no expiry for stored credits.
Can I request to withdraw remaining unutilised amount from my stored credits if I terminate my lines?
No. The remaining unutilised amount cannot be withdraw.
What if I have stored credits and I also have a credit/debit card tied to account. Where would my bill be deducted from first?
System will attempt to deduct from your stored credits first. If your stored credits are insufficient, the remaining amount will be deducted from your credit/debit card.
What if I have 2 or more lines renewing on the same day?
System will deduct payment based on chronological order of plan purchase; payment will be deducted first for the first plan that was purchased.
Can stored credits be used to buy add-on?
Yes. You can use the stored credits to buy add-on.
Can stored credits be used for Change Plan?
Yes. You can use the stored credits for change plan.
What if I have 2 lines pending bill cycle renewal in my account. How will my stored credits be utilised?
For example:
You have Line 1 (Flexi Value+ $10 ) renewing bill cycle on 5th an & Line 2 (Flexi Freedom $12 ) renewing bill cycle on 20th Jan
You top up your stored credits with $20 on 2nd Jan
System will always deduct payment first for your line with the earliest BC. In this instance, $10 will be deducted from your stored credits on 5th Jan (remaining amount will be $10 left in your stored credits)
On 20th Jan, $10 will be deducted from your stored credits ($0 credits left) & system will attempt to deduct $2 from your credit/debit card
If you do not have credit/debit card tied to your account (even though $10 was deducted from stored credits), payment of $12 for your Flexi Freedom bill cycle renewal is regarded as failed, and your Line 2 (Flexi Freedom) will go into grace
What if I have less amount in my stored credits vs the amount that needs to be used to pay off my line?
System will always attempt to deduct amount from your stored credits, failing which it will try to deduct from credit/debit card
For example, plan is $15, you only have $5 in your stored credits. System will deduct $5 from stored credits and attempt to deduct $10 from credit/debit card (failing which line will go into grace)
What if I have some stored credits, but it is not enough to pay off my line, and there is no credit in credit/debit card?
System will attempt to deduct from stored credits first, failing which it will deduct from credit/debit card
If credit/debit card does not have sufficient amount, the bill payment is regarded as failed
Amount deducted from stored balance will be refunded to stored credits
System will attempt daily deduction at 00:00. Alternatively, you can make payment in app anytime
