How do I sign up for a Changi Mobile’s mobile plans?
Changi Mobile’s mobile plans are available for sign up by anyone at least 16 years of age. All you need is a valid SingPass or Myinfo, and a Mastercard/Visa Credit or Debit card.

What is the email address that I should indicate during Mobile Plan sign-up?
Please include an email address where you wish to receive all notifications & billing information with regards to your mobile subscription(s).If you are signing up for FlexiBest+ or Flexi One CIS plan, please ensure that you sign up using your company email address.
I cannot download the Changi Go mobile app.
Changi Go mobile app is compatible with Android 7.0 & above, and iOS version 10 & above.
Can foreigners sign up?
Changi Mobile’s mobile plans are available for sign up by anyone at least 16 years of age, locals and foreigners alike. All you need is a valid SingPass or Myinfo, and a Mastercard/Visa Credit or Debit card.
As of 30th September, in accordance with IMDA regulations, foreigners who only hold a passport are no longer eligible to sign up for postpaid mobile plans with Changi Mobile. However, existing foreign customers who have previously registered using their passport may continue to use their current line or register a prepaid line.

How many lines can I sign up for?
You can sign-up a maximum of 6 Changi Mobile’s mobile lines.
How do I terminate my Changi Mobile’s mobile subscription?
Termination request can be submitted via our hotline +65 6701 1185 at least 3 working days before next plan renewal. You may also request for temporary termination in Changi Mobile App “requests/support” section. Please ensure that you have sufficient funds in the payment card tied to your Changi Go account.
If I change my mind, can I reinstate my Changi Mobile’s mobile line after successful termination?
If you submit your temporary termination request in Changi Mobile App, there is an additional charge of $10 re-activation fee to reactivate your mobile line services. You will no longer have the option to reinstate your mobile line service, after a temporary termination period of 14 days. The number will remain permanently terminated.
How do I port out of Changi Mobile line?
Port-out request must fulfil necessary criteria and be approved, at least 3 business days before next bill date. For example, if your bill cycle is due for renewal on 11st Sep, your port-out approval has to be approved latest on 8th Sep, assuming 8th – 10th Sep is not a Sunday or Public Holiday.
If you submit your termination request or have your port-out request approved after the cut-off date, you will still be charged for the new billing period.
How do I replace my lost or faulty SIM?
Simply submit a SIM replacement request via the Changi Go mobile app. Provide us your replacement SIM delivery/pick-up details and we will deliver it straight to you!
A replacement fee (covers replacement SIM & delivery fee) of $5 will apply for the new Changi Mobile SIM.
Can I transfer the ownership of my Changi Mobile number to another person?
We do not allow transfer of ownership of Changi Mobile service.
