What am I entitled to if I subscribe to the Plan Rollover Add-on?
You can rollover all unutilised data, talktime and sms from your Individual Plan (e.g. Flexi Freedom) to the next bill cycle during your bill cycle renewal (i.e. rollover by 1 month).
Unutilised data, talktime and sms from add-ons (e.g. 1GB/ 100 SMS/ 100 mins talktime) will not be rolled over.
Is my plan eligible to subscribe to Plan Rollover Add-on?
Flexi Freedom, Flexi Best+, Flexi One, Flexi Go, Flexi Plus, Flexi Max customers can purchase this add-on. Flexi Value+, Flexi Ultimate, Flexi Travel, Flexi Travel+ users enjoy the Plan Rollover for free.
How do I pay for Plan Rollover Add-on?
Once subscribed, $1 will be deducted from your account monthly based on your bill cycle, similar to your mobile plan subscription.
Is there a limit on how much Data/Talktime/SMS I can rollover in my base plan?
There is no cap on how much balance you can rollover in your base plan. However, do note that unused rollover entitlement from the previous month cannot be further carried over to the following month. Only the balance from your base plan will be carried over.
Can I purchase Plan Rollover add-on for just a few months?
Plan Rollover add-on is based on a subscription model, which auto-renews monthly. However, there is no contract on how long you should commit. You can cancel or subscribe anytime you like.
If I subscribe to Plan Rollover Add-on during plan sign-up, will unutilised data, sms, talktime from my first bill cycle be rolled over to my next bill cycle?
Yes. The unutilised data, sms, talktime will be rolled over to the next bill cycle.
If I subscribe to Plan Rollover Add-on in the middle of my current bill cycle, will the unutilised data, sms, talktime from my current bill cycle be rolled over to my next bill cycle?
No, current bill cycle excess will not be rolled over. Unutilised data, sms, talktime from your next bill cycle will be rolled over to the subsequent bill cycle.
How do I unsubscribe from Plan Rollover Add-on?
You can unsubscribe via Changi Go mobile app. Under the ‘Rollover’ section, select unsubscribe.
Will I lose all rollover immediately when I unsubscribe from Plan Rollover Add-on?
No. If you unsubscribed from rollover in the middle of your bill cycle, your unutilised data, talktime, sms from your current bill cycle will still rollover to your next bill cycle. There will be no rollover thereafter.
Will I lose my rollover immediately if I am late on payment for my bill cycle renewal?
Yes. The rollover will drop immediately there is late payment.
If I have paid for Plan Rollover Add-on in my current bill cycle, what happens to my rollover when I do a Change Plan?
If you change plan from / to any eligible plans (Flexi Value+/ Flexi Freedom/ Flexi Ultimate/ Flexi Travel/ Flexi Travel+/Flexi Best+/ Flexi One), the unutilised data, talktime, sms from your 1st bill cycle of new plan will rollover to 2nd bill cycle.
I have subscribed to Plan Rollover Add-on in my previous bill cycle. Why am I not charged for Plan Rollover Add-on in my current bill cycle?
The fee you have paid in your previous bill cycle was an advanced payment to rollover your current bill cycle’s unutilised data, talktime, sms to your next bill cycle.
For example, you subscribed to Plan Rollover Add-on in your 2nd bill cycle. This allows you to roll over your unutilised data, talktime, sms from your 3rd bill cycle to your 4th bill cycle. Plan Rollover Add-on will not be charged in your 3rd bill cycle since advanced payment has already been made in your 2nd bill cycle.
The next Plan Rollover Add-on subscription will be charged in your 4th bill cycle and subsequent bill cycles.
Can I purchase Plan Rollover Add-on any time?
You can purchase any time except on the last day of your bill cycle.
My plan has been upgraded (e.g. Flexi Value 12GB upgraded to Flexi Value+ 20GB), will the unutilised data, talktime and SMS from my old plan be rolled over?
The unutilised data, talktime and SMS from your old plan will not be rolled over to the upgraded plan.
I have paid for the rollover before my plan is upgraded and I have yet to enjoy my rollover benefit. Will my unutilised data, talktime and SMS be rolled over in my new plan?
Yes, the unutilised data, talktime and SMS will be rolled over from your 1st bill cycle of new plan to 2nd bill cycle.
My Changi Mobile plan comes with rollover benefits. Will all unused data, talktime, and SMS allowances be carried over to the following month?
Flexi Value+ allows rollover for unused 4G speed data, talktime, and SMS to the next month. Throttled speed data, however, will not be rolled over.
For Flexi Freedom, rollover add-on is required to purchase separately and it applies to unused 4G speed data, talktime, and SMS for the next month. Throttled speed data, though, will not be rolled over.
For Ultimate and Travel plans, 4G speed data, talktime, SMS, and roaming can roll over to the next month at no extra cost.
The Travel+ plan offers free rollover for 4G speed data, talktime, and SMS to the next month. However, rollover add-on is required for roaming data in this plan.
