PayNow top-up will be discontinued starting 1 September 2025. After this date, you will not be able to add funds using PayNow. How can I make payment after PayNow is discontinued? You can continue to make payment using the credit / debit card. Will this affect my account balance? No, discontinuing PayNow top-up will not affect your existing balance or your account usage. Only the PayNow top-up option is being removed. Is there any plan to bring PayNow top-up back in the future? There are no immediate plans to reinstate PayNow top-up.
