You can keep your eSIM number, but you'll need to delete the eSIM from your current device and install it again on the new one. A re-installation fee of $8.72 applies.
To request a re-installation:
1. Open the Changi Go Mobile App
2. Tap the menu icon in the top-right corner
3. Select Requests/Support
4. Choose Re-install eSIM
A new QR code will be emailed to you, which you can scan to reinstall your eSIM on your new device.
