Can I keep track of my SIM delivery/pick-up status?
You can track the status of your SIM delivery/pick-up in the Changi Go mobile app (Home > Mobile > Select the Mobile Number from the drop-down list).
Are there any reminders on my SIM card delivery/pick up date?
We will send you two email reminders; one reminder on the day before the scheduled delivery/pick-up date, and another on the morning of the date.
Can I have the SIM card delivered to my office instead of my residential address?
Yes, you may select ‘deliver to another address’ when you submit your request.
What do I have to prepare for my SIM delivery/pick-up?
Please ensure that you are around to receive or pick up the SIM in-person. For identity verification, you will need to present your physical ID and the order ID (indicated in the email sent to your registered email address).
What happens when my SIM delivery/pick-up fails?
In the event of a failed delivery/pick-up, a $5 re-scheduling fee (as indicated in the Changi Go mobile app) will be charged. You will receive an email to prompt you to re-arrange your SIM delivery/pick-up in the Changi Go mobile app (Home > Mobile > Select the Mobile Number from the drop-down list).
Please note that you must re-schedule a new pick-up/delivery via Changi Go mobile app within 30 days of your failed delivery/pick-up. Otherwise, the SIM will be destroyed.
What can I do if I am not able to receive my SIM at my scheduled Delivery date & time?
You may reschedule your delivery date and/or time in the Changi Go mobile app. You can also submit the authorisation form found in the SIM delivery email that we send you, as well as in the Changi Go mobile app (Home > Mobile > Select the Mobile Number from the drop-down list).
Please note that you cannot re-schedule SIM delivery date and time the day before scheduled SIM delivery date (re-delivery request submitted on Saturday, Sunday & Public Holidays will only be processed the next earliest working day).
What can I do if I am not able to pick up my SIM at my schedule Pick-up date & time?
You cannot re-schedule SIM pick-up date, time and location once details have been submitted.
However, you can still pick up the SIM at the same location within the next 3 working days (excluding PHs & Sundays), not including the original date without any charges. After that, the SIM will be sent back to HQ, and you will have to re-schedule a new pick-up in Changi Go app within 30 days. Please note that rescheduling fee of $5 is applicable.
