What is the available Plans that I can change?

When can I request for a Change Plan?  You may submit a change plan request anytime during your bill cycle using the Changi Go mobile app, except on the last 2 days of the current bill cycle. How often can I Change Plan? You can change your plan once per calendar month. Is there any penalty or administrative cost for Changing Plan? Especially if I am ‘downgrading’ to cheaper plan? There is absolutely no penalty or administrative cost for Change Plan.
However, do note that if you are changing to a more costly plan, you might have to top up the difference for the switch. What is the effective date for my new plan?

If I have not completed my current mobile plan (Bill) Cycle, and wants to change to a different Plan, will there be any refund for my current Mobile Plan? You will only be charged for the number of days you have used for your current plan and the balance amount will be credited back to the account to offset your next purchase or future bill.

For example, if you have a current bill cycle starting on 2^nd Sep, and your new plan takes effect on 10^th Sep, you will be charged for 8 days (2^nd to 9^th Sep) out of 30 days bill cycle (2^nd Sep to 1^st Oct) for your current plan.

Calculation Example
Based on a $25 plan, you will be charged (8/30 days) * $25 = $6.67 for your current plan. The “unused days” amounting to $25 - $6.67 = $18.33 will be credited back to the account to offset the “new” plan or future purchases.

How do I request for a Change Plan? You can submit a request in the Changi Go mobile app (Home > Mobile > Select the Mobile Number from the drop-down list > Select Menu at top right > Change Plan/Buy Plan). Please ensure that you have no outstanding bill before submitting a request, as requests will be rejected if you have any outstanding bills.
